This is a medicated suspension that is used to treat coughs. It works by thinning the mucus in the nose and windpipe, making coughing easier. The medicine contains Dextromethorphan, Ambroxol, Chlorphenamine, and Phenylephrine. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that works by decreasing the activity of the cough centre in the brain.
