The medication is a combination medicine that helps in treating cough. It softens the mucus in the nose and windpipe, making coughing easier. This medication also soothes throat irritation and gives a cooling sensation.
It contains three cough suppressants: Terbutaline, Ambroxol and Guaiphenesin. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator that relaxes and widens the airways' muscles. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) to make coughing easier.
