Ceftriaxone 500 mg is a member of the cephalosporin class of antibiotic drugs used to treat bacterial infections of the heart, blood, lungs, bones, joints, kidneys, middle ear, skin, soft tissues, blood, heart, and chest, as well as lyme disease (induced by tick bites). A broad-spectrum antibiotic called Ceftriaxone is effective against both aerobic and some anaerobic bacteria, as well as gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.this injection prevents the bacterial cell covering from forming, which is essential for their survival. destroys the bacteria as a result, aiding in the treatment and control of diseases. 

Directions and Precautions
